At the end of his life Johann Sebastian Bach completed the work that he saw as the pinnacle of his vocal work, the Mass in B minor . This is an overwhelming, emotional and consolatory masterpiece of the greatest architectural dimensions in which Bach brought together polyphony and the spirit of his time into an intimate and seductive whole.

The youngest generation of international musicians from the renowned Early Music Department of the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and The Juilliard School of New York will perform side by side in a single orchestra led by the greatest Bach conductor and specialist of our time, Ton Koopman. During this exciting encounter the Mass in B minor will be given performances that will sound as if the audience is being spoken to directly by Bach, an experience not to be missed.
